Returns & Refunds Policy

U R Kings sells Digital Products, eCommerce and Books. For eCommerce Returns and Refunds Policy, please contact Printify and for books, contact Barnes and Noble Press.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are not physical, so NO physical item will be mailed to you. Therefore, there are NO returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations, for digital products.

BOOKS

Barnes & Noble Press does not offer returns or exchanges for print books due to the highly-individualized nature of the orders.

Barnes & Noble Press wants to make sure that you are satisfied with your order and are committed to making things right if there are issues.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please provide your Order Number, photos of damage, and a photo of the code from the inside back of the book.

ECOMMERCE

Printify does not offer returns or exchanges for products due to the highly-individualized/personalized nature of the orders.

Any goods purchased can only be returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy of Printify.

Printify wants to make sure that you are satisfied with your order and are committed to making things right if there are issues. Printify will provide a solution if there are defects if contacted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for returns:

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Printify, and Barnes and Noble reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at their sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of goods or proof of received return delivery.
